Please be aware that all consignments will be sold with no reserve and no minimum guarantee of selling price. All consignments are sold to the highest bidder. Questions about estimates and auction values? Please call us at 714-957-1225.
Consignments are accepted from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (NO Wednesday or Thursday consignments accepted; we are closed Sunday).
All consignments are subject to a 30% commission rate, or a minimum commission fee (see fees below), per item, whichever is greater. All consignments are also subject to a removal/no bid fee.
Consignors are responsible for filling out the Consignment Form completely and marking all merchandise with correct lot number. Please read and understand all Conditions of Sale! Sign and initial any and all consignment agreements. Indicate to have your check mailed with a check-mark where requested. No proceeds under $25 will be mailed. Present your yellow consignment agreement copy to pick up check.
No payments made unless consignment forms are filled out completely and signed!
Checks held 7 days on all guaranteed appliances, equipment, etc. “No-Hold” consignment payments can be picked up on Fridays. Call 714-957-8133 prior to check pick-up.
Consignment Agreement
I hereby Consign to South Coast Auction L. P. all listed items to be sold at pbulic auction. I agree to pay listed commission rates plus additional charges listed on this form or posted. I am the lawful legal owner of all items consigned, which are free from any liens or encumbrances. I understand all items are consigned at consignor’s own risk. South Coast Auction L. P. will not be responsible for any loss due to fire, theft or damage. All items consigned without guarantee of minimum bid or reserve.
